With over 25 years in IT, Glenn Allan has managed operations, automation, service delivery, disaster recovery and service management.

He has implemented ITIL and is a qualified ITIL manager (V2) and Expert (V3). He has overseen large financial services’ data center strategies, from concept to execution.

Glenn was AFCOM's DC manager of the year in 2014 (AP) and has consulted on NABERS DC standard and ISO DC energy efficiency group JS39, in Australia.
