Leonid Shishlov

Regional Manager for APAC and Russia/CIS, Global Data Center Services at Schneider Electric

Leonid Shishlov joined Schneider Electric in December 2013 as Global Data Center Services Manager residing in Moscow, Russia. Leonid’s responsible includes development, implementation and deployment of advanced Data Center Services that Lee Technologies brought to Schneider Electric in the 2011 acquisition. His main focus at the moment is on the establishment of a Advanced Data Center Operations and Managed Services offering in APAC and Russia/CIS within Schneider Electric, including a Quality Management System to ensure the highest standards of delivery.He reports to VP of Global Data Center Services. Now Leonid resides in Singapore.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, he worked for Intel Corporation in various Data Center roles more than 7. During that time he has managed number of Intel owned Data Centers, performing critical facilities operations, capacity and strategic planning, implementing energy efficiency solutions, supporting new DC constructions, developing engineering studies and CFD models both for internal and external data center clients.

Leonid has 10 years of experience in data centre industry spanning in IT, Data Center Management, Facilities Operations, design and consulting services.
He is board member of Singapore’s Green Grid Steering Committee.

Leonid holds a number of industry recognized certifications, e.g. Accredited Tier Specialist – ATS from Uptime Institute, Certified Data Center Professional from CNET, DCS from DC Professional Development and few others. He is frequent conferences speaker and also serves as trainer for data center professional classes.
